Local 22 Plumbers and Steamfitter Orientation/WorkKeys Testing

In an effort to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure to Local 22 Plumbers and Steamfitters members, all people entering must complete the following screening questions:
Self-Declaration by Apprentice
Have you experienced COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days? (symptoms include but are not limited to: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea) *
Have you had close contact with or care for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days? *
Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days? *

Apprentices answering yes to any of the above questions will not be permitted access to Local 22 Plumbers and Steamfitter’s facility.
